General description

Monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1)/C-C motif chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2) is a cytokine, which plays a major role in recruiting macrophages. It is essential for the development of wound healing stages. CCL2 participates in angiogenesis.[76]
The Mouse MCP-1 ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of mouse MCP-1 cell lysate and tissue lysate.
