プロゲストーゲン;避妊薬

酢酸ノメゲストロール(NOMAc)は、強力かつ高選択的なプロゲストーゲンであり、プロゲステロン受容体に対する完全アゴニストです。他のステロイド受容体への結合は全くないか、ほとんどわずかです。視床下部-下垂体系を介した強力な抗性腺刺激ホルモン活性を示し、強い抗エストロゲン作用を発揮するとともに、部分的な抗アンドロゲン作用も認められています。NOMAcは、避妊薬として多くの製剤に使用されています。
