Tyrode′塩溶液は、哺乳類細胞で機能するように設計されています。この平衡塩溶液は、天然由来培地のタンパク質成分の希釈に使用できます。平衡塩溶液は、培地を最適なpH範囲（7.2～7.6）に保つ緩衝系の提供、洗浄および希釈のほか、細胞内外の浸透圧の平衡維持において役割を果たします。水と大量の無機イオンを供給し、正常な細胞代謝が維持されるようにします。平衡塩溶液は、栄養素を供給することで細胞代謝のエネルギー源になります。
アプリケーション
Tyrode′塩は、以下の用途に使用されています：
- ラット、マウス、モルモット、ゴールデンハムスター、ウサギの精巣上体尾部から採取した精子の培養
- 女性の子宮下部（LUS）条片の輸送
