Substrato cromogênico para determinação de fosfatases alcalinas e ácidas. A reação gera um produto final solúvel de cor amarela. A reação pode ser interrompida com NaOH 3 N e lida em 405 nm.

Aplicação

4-Nitrophenyl phosphate disodium salt hexahydrate has been used:
  • as a substrate for alkaline phosphatase coupled anti-rabbit antibody in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
  • as a substrate for the mouse secondary antibody linked to alkaline phosphatase in immunoenzymometric assay
  • in ELISA to analyze the presence of antibodies to Pseudomonas aeruginosa in animal serum sample
