Aplicação

AmberLite HPR4811 Cl Anion Exchange Resin Marathon 11 chloride form is a strongly basic (type I) anion exchange resin specifically suited for demineralization of high organic waters and removal of organic material and color bodies. AmberLite HPR4811 Cl Anion Exchange Resin anion exchange resin has high uranium sorption and can be used to determine groundwater and uranium contaminant fluxes and uranium ratios in soil samples.
Strongly basic (type I) anion exchange resin specifically suited for demineralization of high organic waters, removal of organic material and color bodies, with low silica leakage. This resin meets requirements of FDA Food Additive Regulation 21 CFR 173.25.

Synthetic resins are shown to be effective in removing uranium from contaminated groundwater. Batch and field column tests showed that strong-base anion-exchange resins were more effective in removing uranium from both near-neutral-pH (6.5)- and high-pH (8)-low-nitrate-containing groundwaters, than metal-chelating resins
