Isopropanol is a clear, colorless, polar organic solvent commonly used in chemistry and molecular biology laboratories. It will dissolve a wide range of chemicals, and evaporates quickly.   • for checking cell viability by MTT assay
  • in microarray hybridization
Suitable for use in DNA precipitation using standard protocols. Also suitable as a solvent for making solutions for molecular biology applications.
