Description

Application

Trimethylaluminum can be used in the synthesis of methylaluminoxane (MAO), a precatalyst for olefin polymerization. It is a precursor for the preparation of a wide range of organoaluminium such as dimethylaluminum chloride and bis(trimethylaluminum)-1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]-octane (DABAL-Me₃).
