應用

磺基-N-琥珀酰亚胺基油酸酯钠可用作Raw264.7细胞和骨髓来源巨噬细胞中的分化36(Cd36)簇的阻断剂。它还可用作急性髓性白血病 (AML)中CD36的不可逆抑制剂,监测CD36诱导的细胞凋亡。

生化/生理作用
