一般說明

重组人胰岛素(rHu)在功能和结构上与天然人序列相同。由两个多肽链组成的激素,rHu 胰岛素的 A 链(21 个氨基酸)和 B 链(30 个氨基酸)通过半胱氨酸残基之间的二硫键共价连接。这种经基因工程改造的人胰岛素是全序列分子,通过重组 DNA 技术在面包酵母中生产。

應用

无血清培养基补充剂(如胰岛素)对于常用哺乳动物细胞系的长期生长至关重要。当培养基中缺少胰岛素时,细胞形态和生长速度可能会受到干扰。

生化/生理作用
