生化/生理作用
白皮杉醇是白藜芦醇的类似物,具有潜在的抗氧化、抗癌和抗炎特性。研究表明白皮杉醇干扰细胞因子的信号通路,特别是抑制脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)和PI3K。在用几种致炎因子(inflammatory agent)处理后,它还通过抑制IκBα激酶和p65磷酸化来抑制人类培养细胞中NFκB的活化。
