EZview Red 抗-HA 亲和凝胶是一种红色的抗HA琼脂糖亲和凝胶,含有共价连接在交联琼脂糖珠上的抗HA单克隆抗体。HA标签含有YPYDVPDYA序列,来源于血凝素(HA)蛋白。该序列位于全长 HA 蛋白的氨基酸残基 98-106 处。HA 标签存在大量带电氨基酸,这增强了其强抗体识别的可能性。
