Active human FAP is useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Active human FAP has been used in a study to assess the role of FAP48 in HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Active human FAP has also been used in a study to investigate the current state of domino transplantation in surgical procedures and de novo amyloid neuropathy.

調製ノート
氷上で解凍してください。最初に解凍した際、チューブを軽く遠心して内容物を完全に回収してください。酵素液は一回の使用量ずつ分注してください。分注した酵素液は希釈せずそのまま-70°Cで保存してください。注:酵素は凍結融解の繰り返しに対して非常に不安定です。
