Arachis hypogaea Lから抽出されたピーナッツオイルは、熱帯地域における食用油の原料です。ピーナッツオイルは、高濃度のオレイン酸およびリノール酸を含みます。せっけんや化粧品など、多くの産業的アプリケーションを持っています。
アプリケーション
ピーナッツオイルは、タモキシフェンのストック溶液の調製に使用されています。また、in vivo実験における殺虫剤や殺菌剤化合物の溶解にも使用されています。
非極性溶媒であり、脂肪酸の長鎖グリセリドを主に含み、親油性化合物の輸送に使用されます。
