生物化学的／生理学的作用

非置換型Ser-およびThr-結合β-Gal-(1→3)-α-GalNAc(コア1型O-グリカン)を糖タンパク質から遊離させます。 コア二糖のシアル酸、ラクトサミン(ガラクトース-N-アセチルグルコサミン)、フコースによる置換により、加水分解が阻害され、タンパク質からのオリゴ多糖類の遊離が防止されます。O-グリコシダーゼによる切断前に、解糖酵素による前処理でO-グリカンから置換基である糖類を除去することが必要と考えられます。

5×反応バッファ-(250 mM NaH2PO4, pH 5.0)が付属します。
