プルランは、α-1,4-マルトトリオースの繰り返し単位からなる直鎖グルカン多糖です。酵母様真菌であるAureobasidium pullulansによってデンプンから生成され、2個のマルトトリオース単位の間にα-1,6結合を有します。
アプリケーション
この分析用標準品セットは以下の用途に使用されています：
- 高速サイズ排除クロマトグラフィー（HPSEC）法による海藻—S. latissimaおよびM. stellatusから得られた多糖類画分の分子量推定におけるポリマーベースカラムのキャリブレーション
- サイズ排除クロマトグラフィー／マルチアングルレーザー光散乱（MALLS）検出によるオリゴマーセルロースの分子量の測定
- 微細藻類の未変性グリコーゲンの分子サイズ分布決定におけるSECカラムのキャリブレーション
- ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー（GPC）を用いたアルギン酸–キトサンマイクロカプセルの膜形成プロセスの定量分析。
構成
GPC/SEC/GFCシステムの較正のために慎重に選んだ標準物質を含むキットです。本キットには、タイプは同じですがモル質量が異なる標準物質、各標準物質の分析証明書（CoA）および分析条件を記した較正曲線の例が含まれます。
標準物質は使用前に秤量する必要があります。水溶液およびDMSO溶液の較正に適しています。
キットには、各100 mg、Mpが約350～700,000の範囲の、10個の異なるプルラン標準物質が含まれます。
