卵白トリプシン阻害薬は、血清フリー細胞培養培地でトリプシン、プラスミンおよび血漿カリクレインの活性に対する阻害薬です。メタロプロテアーゼ、システインプロテアーゼおよびアスパラギン酸プロテアーゼあるいは組織カリクレイン（セリンプロテアーゼ）を阻害しません。
アプリケーション
トリプシンインヒビターは下記で使用されています：
- イムノブロッティング前にTsc2fl/fl（対照）およびTsc2fl/flLyz2-Cre（ノックアウト [KO]）骨髄由来マクロファージ（BMDM）を処理するための溶解バッファーの成分として
- 脳室帯細胞培養における幹細胞の剥離後にトリプシンを不活化させるため
- 脳組織の解離およびトリプシン処理後にトリプシンを中和するため
- 組織脱凝集の停止および継代培養の手順
鶏卵トリプシン阻害薬は組織脱凝集の停止および継代培養の手順に使用されます。

作業濃度：0
希釈標準溶液：溶剤は蒸留水が推奨されます。
保存溶液：1 mg/mL
保存条件（希釈標準溶液）：-15～-25℃
アリコートで冷凍保存した場合、蒸留水または1 mM HCl中で少なくとも6ヵ月間安定です。凍結・融解サイクルの繰り返しは避けてください。
