SIGMA FAST p-磷酸硝基苯酯片剂用于：
- 定量非分泌型碱性磷酸酶，监测成骨样细胞的分化情况（SaoS-2）
- 染色小鼠前成骨细胞 MC3T3-E1，进行碱性磷酸酶测定
- 用作 ExtrAvidin 碱性磷酸酶的酶作用物®，通过酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定血红蛋白结合α-突触核蛋白
- 用作碱性磷酸酶偶联抗体的酶作用物，进行Abirin毒素的ELISA检测
开发用作酶免疫分析 (EIA) 中检测碱性磷酸酶活性的可溶性底物。pNPP 是基于高灵敏度碱性磷酸酶的 EIA 检测中的首选底物。将 1 片 pNPP 片剂和 1 片 Tris 缓冲液片剂溶于去离子水中可作为即用型底物。各 Sigma 快速 pNPP 片剂组得到的溶液含 1.0 mg/mL pNPP，0.2 MTris 缓冲液。使用 pNPP 的 EIA 应用可在定时测定中读取，或用 3N NaOH 停止以延迟读取。SIGMA 快速 ™ pNPP仅需要添加蒸馏水或去离子水，即可制备活性底物溶液。片剂单独包装在铝箔包装中 。
重構
将一组片剂溶于5 mL去离子水中，即可得到含有pNPP的即用型缓冲液。
