HiCrome 大肠杆菌琼脂 B 建议用于检测和计数食物中的 大肠杆菌，不需要再通过膜过滤或吲哚试剂进行确认。当存在对大肠杆菌高度特异性的葡萄糖醛酸苷酶时，可从其他大肠菌中鉴别大部分的大肠杆菌菌株。大肠杆菌细胞可吸收 X-葡萄糖苷酸，而胞内葡萄糖醛酸苷酶则可断开发色团与葡萄糖苷酸之间的键合。释放的发色团使菌落呈蓝色。

準備報告

Suspend 36.6 g per litre in distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and pour into sterile petri plates.
