一般說明

rLysozyme溶液含有高度纯化和稳定的重组溶菌酶,可用于裂解革兰氏阴性细菌,例如大肠杆菌。该酶催化细菌细胞壁中N-乙酰胞壁质键的水解。rLysozyme(1700 kU/mg)对大肠杆菌裂解的比活性比鸡卵清溶菌酶大250倍。rLysozyme在生理pH下具有最佳活性。非常少量的rLysozyme(3–5 kU/g细胞糊)可提高BugBuster、BugBuster HT和PopCulture试剂的蛋白质提取效率。在没有蛋白质提取试剂的情况下,用45–60 KU rLysozyme处理1.0 g细胞糊,可以直接裂解大肠杆菌。该产品以即用型溶液的形式提供,浓度范围为27–33 KU/µl,在50%甘油中含有50 mM Tris-HCl、0.1 M NaCl、0.1 mM EDTA、1 mM DTT、0.1% TRITON X-100,pH 7.5。rLysozyme溶液在–20°C保持稳定。
