Application

• Optimization of a high-throughput CTAB-based protocol for the extraction of qPCR-grade DNA from rumen fluid, plant and bacterial pure cultures.: This study details the optimization of a high-throughput protocol using Cetyltrimethylammonium Bromide (CTAB) for extracting high-quality DNA suitable for quantitative PCR (qPCR) from various biological samples.
