一般說明

Extract-N-Amp 植物PCR试剂盒含有从植物叶片中快速提取基因组DNA并通过PCR反应扩增感兴趣的目标基因必需的所有试剂。使用新型Extraction Solution,无需通过液氮对植物组织进行传统的冰冻,机械式破碎、有机萃取或沉淀DNA操作。该试剂盒同时包含一种专为从提取物直接扩增而配制的PCR ReadyMix
