生化／生理作用

Tubacin 可触发活性氧的释放并介导不依赖 caspase-3 的 eb 病毒 (EBV) 阳性 Burkitt 淋巴瘤细胞凋亡。它可抑制急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL) 细胞的增殖，增强ALL细胞化疗效果。Tubacin 可预防大鼠中由于 Srpx2 表达降低引起的癫痫活动和神经元迁移缺陷。
