RNA免疫沉淀(RIP)是研究核糖核蛋白(RNP)复合物中RNA结合蛋白(RBP)及其RNA靶点的强大方法。抗特定RBP的抗体被用于共沉淀RNP,即RBP及其RNA伴侣。然后,可以通过下一代测序鉴定RNA或通过RT-PCR检测特定RNA。
