胱天蛋白酶3荧光检测试剂盒的检测原理是通过胱天蛋白酶3(caspase 3)水解乙酰基-Asp-Glu-Val-Asp-7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素(Ac-DEVD-AMC), 释放7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素(AMC),发出荧光。 AMC的激发和发射波长分别为360 nm和460 nm。以AMC标准品制作标准曲线,计算酶解产物AMC浓度(AMC标准品已包含在试剂盒中)。
