應用

卵清蛋白可用作蛋白质电泳的标记物(∼45 kDa)。卵清蛋白已用于构建哮喘的动物模型。卵清蛋白已用作EliCell测定中细胞培养基，用于检测由嗜酸性粒细胞释放的细胞因子。
