應用

用于纯化N末端FLAG融合蛋白。由于结合过程不依赖Ca2+，蛋白质能采用含EDTA的缓冲液洗脱，也可以使用FLAG多肽或甘油-HLC缓冲液(pH3)通过标准方法洗脱。ANTI-FLAG M1不会和Met-FLAG融合蛋白结合，所以这种树脂不适合纯化未加工处理的细胞质表达融合蛋白。

该亲和凝胶可用于N末端FLAG融合蛋白的钙介导纯化。
