原則

在1小时内,可从至多100 mg新鲜组织或10 mg冻干材料中提取出微克级的DNA。首先在液氮中研磨植物组织,在去垢剂和离液剂作用下释放出DNA。通过10分钟的沉淀操作及之后通过本试剂盒所含的滤柱进行的离心分离操作,去除蛋白质、多糖和细胞残渣。通过微量离心柱进行硅胶结合-洗涤-洗脱步骤,进一步纯化基因组DNA。纯化所得DNA长度超过20 kb。
