Spectrum植物总RNA试剂盒利用了裂解液、结合化学反应法以及方便的柱式“结合-洗涤-洗脱”形式,可在大约30分钟内从100 mg组织中纯化出多达100 μg总RNA。典型得率范围为20–60 μg。
