Biochem/physiol Actions
PRKACB (protein kinase cAMP-activated catalytic subunit β) is a catalytic subunit allele of PKA (protein kinase A). Mutation in it is associated with neural tube defects. PRKACB can phosphorylate p65 in presence of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP).
