Są one wytwarzane przez Aspergillus flavus i A. Parasiticus. Członkowie grupy obejmują aflatoksynę b1, aflatoksynę b2, aflatoksynę g1, aflatoksynę g2, aflatoksynę m1 i aflatoksynę m2.
