生物化学的／生理学的作用

ダリフェナシン臭化水素酸塩は、M3 ムスカリン性アセチルコリン受容体（膀胱筋収縮の主要な原因）を選択的に遮断する鎮痙性ムスカリン拮抗剤です。M1 およびM5と比較すると、ダリフェナシン臭化水素酸塩はM3に対して9-12倍の親和性を示します。さらに、M2およびM4と比較すると59倍大きな親和性を示します。ダリフェナシンは臨床において尿失禁と過活動膀胱症候群の治療に使用されています。

ダリフェナシン臭化水素酸塩は、M3ムスカリン性アセチルコリン受容体を選択的に遮断する鎮痙性ムスカリン拮抗剤です。
