Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column.

γ-DEXカラムでは、α-DEXカラムやβ-DEXカラムに比べてキラルペアの溶出順が逆転する場合が多いため(エナンチオ逆転)、α-DEX 120カラムやβ-DEX 120カラムの補完としてγ-DEX 120カラムをお勧めします。γ-DEXは、大きな分析対象物(すなわち、α-BHC、カルボン、カルボン酸、メタンフェタミン)のエナンチオ分別に有用です。

アプリケーション

γ-DEX^™ 120 column was used in ion trap GC/MS system, which was used for analysis and quantification of extracts, in an experimental study done to assess the impact of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) on human health. It was also used in GC, during the instrumentation and calibration of standards, in an experiment conducted to cycle the weathered chlordane residues in the environment.
