IKK-2インヒビタ-
TPCA-1は、ヒト IκBキナ-ゼ-2 (IKK-2) の強力で選択的なインヒビタ- (IKK-2に対するIC50 = 17.9 nM、IKK-1に対しては400 nm) です。動物関節炎モデルにおける炎症性メディエ-タ-放出および気道炎症を抑制するIKK-2阻害の研究に用いられています。
