HAT Media Supplement (50×) Hybri-Max™は、以下の用途に使用されています：
- ヒポキサンチン-グアニンホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼ（HPRT）欠損クローンの選択と検証に
- mAb（モノクローナル抗体）の作成に
- ルシフェラーゼベースのバイオアッセイ（LUC）に
再構成
バイアルの内容物を滅菌済みの培地10 mLで再構成します。ストック溶液は、500 mLの培地を調製するのに十分な量です。最終使用濃度:100 μM ヒポキサンチン、0.4 μM アミノプテリン 、16 μM チミジン。
