His SpinTrap^™ Talon^® is a single-use column for rapid screening with small samples of histidine-tagged proteins.

アプリケーション

His SpinTrap^™ Talon^® is designed for high purity, small-scale purification and screening of histidine-tagged Proteins from clarified cell lysates. His SpinTrap^™ Talon^® columns are used together with a standard microcentrifuge and purification takes approximately 10 minutes. The columns make parallel preparations of few or many small-scale cell lysates quick and easy. Prepacked columns enable highly reproducible column to column purification and yield, with RSD < 6%. Leakage of cobalt ions from Talon^® Superflow medium is negligible.
