SuRE/Cut™ バッファーHは、ゲル精製反応産物およびpMX-IGベクターの消化用にEcoRIおよびXhoI制限酵素を処理するために使用されています。E. coliコロニーおよびSalmonella Braenderup H2812（ATCC BAA-664）マーカーのゲノムDNAの消化用に、制限酵素 Xanthomonas badrii Iを希釈するためにも使用されています。
