調製ノート

この製品は、21 CFR 210.3（b）（6）で規定されている「非繊維放出性」フィルターの基準を満たすミリポアエクスプレス（Millipore Express） メンブレンを用いて製造されました。

滅菌方法
135 °Cで30分のSIP正方向25回または正方向22回と逆方向3回、または135 °C、≤ 1000 mbar（15 psid）で30分の正方向3回；126 °Cで60分のオートクレーブ滅菌25回

アナリシスノート

≥6 Lの水フラッシング後、USP Oxidizable Substances試験要件に適合

TOC/導電性
滅菌および制御された60 L水洗浄後、サンプルは25 °CでUSPあたり500 ppb TOC未満<64>、USPあたり1.3 µS/cm未満<64>を示しました。

細菌の保持
ASTM^® F838法を用いた最低限のBrevundimonas diminutaチャレンジ濃度である1 x 10⁷ CFU/cm² で、サンプルには定量的な保持力がありました。
