この製品は、Kornberg最小培地で37°Cで増殖させ3/4 log増殖期で採取したE. coli B（ATCC 11303）の抽出物です。全E. coli脂質抽出物は、それぞれの組織のクロロホルム：メタノール抽出物です。この抽出物を脱イオン水に対して分配し、クロロホルム相を濃縮します。
アプリケーション
E. coli Extract Totalは以下の用途に使用されています。単層小胞の調製に膜タンパク質緑色蛍光タンパク質（GFP）ベースの融合タンパク質の脂質スクリーニング実験におよびプロテオリポソームの溶解に。
生物化学的／生理学的作用
E. coli脂質抽出物は、16、17、および18炭素含有リン脂質、すなわちホスファチジルエタノールアミン、ホスファチジルグリセロール、およびカルジオリピンの組合せです。支持脂質二重層の調製に使用されます。E. coli脂質抽出物は、リン脂質のプロファイリングの標準として役立ち、あらゆる細菌サンプルの識別と分類学的なグループ化にも有用です。
