可水解DNA的5′-磷酸二酯键。
相较于G或C侧,微球菌核酸酶可在A或T核苷酸的5′ 侧好的对DNA进行切割。
單位定義
在pH 8.8,37℃条件下,一个单元可每分钟从天然DNA产生1.0μmole的酸可溶性多核苷酸,对于混合核苷酸来说基于EM/260 = 10,000 。
