菜豆源植物血凝素(PHA)是一种四聚体糖蛋白。它由两个分子量120 kDa的不同亚基组成。
應用
菜豆(红芸豆)凝集素已用于:
- 用作ELISPOT(酶联免疫斑点)测定的阳性对照
- 诱导体外T细胞分化过程的Th2极化
- 用作淋巴细胞增殖测定的对照物
生化/生理作用
PHA由两种分子种类组成,即具有低促有丝分裂活性和高红细胞凝集素活性的红细胞凝集素(PHA-E),和具有高促有丝分裂和白细胞凝集活性但具有非常低的红细胞凝集活性的白细胞凝集素(PHA-L)。
PHA-E不具有血型特异性,但其凝集活性可被某些低聚糖抑制。 在分离和纯化红细胞凝集素和白细胞凝集素之前,PHA-P是PHA的蛋白质形式。 PHA-M是粘蛋白形式。 结合物由相应的纯化凝集素进行制备。

分析報告
