生化/生理作用
硫酸乙酰肝素(HS)是一种普遍存在的糖胺聚糖,是D-葡萄糖醛酸或L-艾杜糖醛酸与D-葡萄糖胺(GlcA)糖的聚合物。它是在顺式高尔基体中以肝素形式合成的。在高尔基体中,最终的硫酸乙酰肝素是通过N-和O-HS-硫转移酶以及HS差向异构酶的作用而合成的。成熟的HS具有50至200个二糖单元。它是细胞外基质(ECM)的一部分并在致癌途径中起关键作用。硫酸肝素代谢的失调与癌症的进展有关。HS与感染性疾病和炎性疾病的发作有关。HS与Aβ淀粉样纤维作用,与阿兹海默症′有关。硫酸乙酰肝素是膜结合蛋白聚糖的组成成分,具有细胞黏附作用。
