生化/生理作用

厚朴酚是从木兰科植物 厚朴的根和茎皮中分离得到的一种具有生物活性的植物成分 ,具有抗真菌、 抗菌 和抗氧化作用。厚朴酚还通过干扰 NF-κ 而显示抗炎活性 B 信号传导。由于其能够抑制 IL-6 诱导的 STAT3 活化,因此其似乎也具有与血管疾病(如动脉粥样硬化)相关的抗炎属性。
