特點和優勢

更高的温度和过多的生物素试剂会导致更有效的标记。典型反应时间长达 4 小时,但如果浓度较低或观察到低标记,则应使用更长的孵育时间。当首先溶解在水溶性有机溶剂中,然后根据需要在水性反应缓冲液中稀释时,产品最有效。DBCO-PEG4-生物素可溶于高达 0.35 mM 的水性缓冲液。
