General description

Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer is a benchtop, capsule-based, easy to use automated synthesis device. Simply add the starting material to be transformed as well as a Synple single-use, disposable reagent capsule, and with a single touch of a button, the product is generated, isolated and purified.

Reagent cartridges are available for the following reaction classes:
  • Heterocycle formation
  • Reductive amination
  • PROTAC formation
  • Biotin tags
  • Mitsunobu reaction
  • Boc protection/deprotection
  • Fluorination

Each cartridge contains a scannable chip enabling the standardized reaction sequence to be loaded without any further programming. Key reaction parameters (time, temperature, etc.) can be easily modified.
