Informações sobre genes

human ... CD9(928)

Especificidade

This antibody reacts with a 25 kDa molecular weight band on gels of non-reduced platelet membranes and immunoprecipitates a similar band from Iodine125-labeled platelets. The antigen is expressed on eosinophils, granulocytes, monocytes and numerous stromal cells. This CD9 antigen belongs to the TM4 superfamily of cell surface proteins with the N- and C-terminals localized in the cytoplasm.

Imunogênio

Human platelet glycoprotein

Aplicação

Anti-CD9 Antibody, clone MM2/57 detects level of CD9 & has been published & validated for use in FC, IP, WB, IH.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections of platelets, monocytes and pre-B cells with differential staining on lymphoid and epithelial tissues
Platelet inhibition and aggregation studies
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user. the end user.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are released by all cells into biofluids and hold great promise as reservoirs of disease biomarkers. One of the main challenges in studying EVs is a lack of methods to quantify EVs that are sensitive enough and

There is a long-held consensus that several proteins are unique to small extracellular vesicles (EVs), such as exosomes. However, recent studies have shown that several of these markers can also be present in other subpopulations of EVs to a similar

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are biological vehicles that are thought to mediate cell-cell communication via the transfer of biomolecules from donor to acceptor cells. Repurposing those natural vesicles into therapeutics delivery vectors is a high priority challenge for translational science. Here
