General description

This stable-labeled internal standard is suitable for quantification of hydroxyitraconazole levels in biological samples by LC-MS/MS antifungal testing methods. Hydroxyitraconazole is an active metabolite of itraconazole, an antifungal drug used for the treatment of fungal infections. Therapeutic drug monitoring of hydroxyitraconazole is utilized in the management of patients receiving itraconazole to ensure therapeutic levels of the drug have been achieved.
