General description
Application
- A validated UHPLC method for the determination of caffeoylquinic and di-caffeoylquinic acids in green coffee extracts using an RP-Amide fused-core column.: This study demonstrates the application of the Ascentis® Express RP-Amide, 2 μm UHPLC Column for analyzing complex mixtures of caffeoylquinic and di-caffeoylquinic acids in green coffee extracts. The developed method was validated for precision, accuracy, and robustness, showing significant improvement in separation efficiency and analysis time compared to conventional columns. This method is particularly valuable for researchers focusing on phytochemical analysis and natural product chemistry (Fibigr et al., 2018).
