General description

The Human IgG1 ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human IgG1 in serum and plasma.

Immunogen

Recombinant Human IGG1

Application

For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Please refer to the attached General ELISA KIT Procedure (sandwich, competitive & Indirect ELISA)

Biochem/physiol Actions

Immunoglobulin heavy constant gamma 1 (IGHG1), or IgG1, expressed in pancreatic cancer cells might be implicated in tumor cell proliferation and immune evasion mechanisms. siRNA targeted silencing of IGHG1 retards cell growth and induces apoptosis in human prostate cancer cell.
