Specificity

< 0.05 % Activity resulting from cross-reactivity with the following substrates: fructose, dextran, sedoheptulose, arabinose, galactose, xylose, trehalose, mannose, sorbitol, +/- fucose or ribose.

Application

For the quantitative determination of glucose in food and other materials utilizing the hexokinase-glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase enzymatic assay.

Reconstitute with deionized water using volume indicated by package size (20 or 50 mL).
