Description

Application

For detecting fecal coliforms in water samples, waste water, sea water and foods by a MPN method.

Preparation Note

Suspend 31.5 g in 1 litre distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Distribute 10 ml amounts into tubes containing inverted Durham′s tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 10 minutes.
